Obtain a status report from the clock by going to:
Clock
-> Time Clock Configuration (JTA-350)
-> Time Clock Status Report.

Alternatively, from the clock itself, press CMD, CMD, then password 1,2,3,4,5,6, ENTER. Press 1 for Version ID and check the date listed on the right side of the first line.

The letter on the firmware represents the year and the numbers represent the month and day i.e. G0203 represents February 23, 2006. JTA350 clocks with a firmware revision of G0203 or later are updated for 2007. 256K clocks require G0706 or later.

If your clock does not have a firmware of G0203 (G0706 for 256K clocks) or later, please contact your local Jantek dealer or contact Jantek directly for a clock upgrade. If needed, Jantek will provide loaner clocks during the upgrade process for a fee.
